Service Estimates: All initial quotes provided via phone or website are estimates. A final price will be provided after our technician performs a physical diagnosis of the device.
Data Loss Responsibility: The customer is responsible for backing up all data before handing over a device for Service. Any Laptop Service is not liable for any data loss, software corruption, or disk failure that may occur during the hardware Service process.
Warranty Terms: Warranty is provided only on specific hardware parts replaced by us (e.g., Screens, Keyboards, Batteries). Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid spills, or tampering by another person after our service.
Unclaimed Items: Devices left for Service that are not claimed within 30 days after the service is completed may be subject to a storage fee or disposal.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the local region where the service was provided.
